At this Far Eastern based religious center, Kapnag was called upon after the project had begun. Hitting the ground running, we completed the installation of plumbing piping and fixture installation for four floors and a basement, including waterless urinals, shower stalls, drinking fountains, and ritual sinks. We furnished and installed two LEEDS certified boilers, 7500 feet of in floor radiant heating, 2 steel storage tanks for grey water irrigation, and a sprinkler system. Essential coordination with Con Edison, consulting and mechanical engineers, contractors, architects, project managers, owners, and general managers, led to its successful completion. Signoffs, DEP approvals for backflow and meter installations, dismissing accumulating violations from previous owners, we did it all. « Back to Projects |
